Led multiple engineering teams building the vehicle configurator, pre-owned car, and pre-configured car modules across 15+ international markets. Defined MACH micro-frontend architecture on AWS. Delivered a first-of-its-kind touchscreen tabletop configurator for physical retail outlets — bridging digital and physical product experiences.
AI-Native Engineering Programme
Led organisation-wide shift to Generative AI and AI-native delivery practices. Designed role-specific upskilling paths, built an in-house AI coding assistant for legacy-to-modern migration (AngularJS → React, REST → GraphQL), and governed adoption with internal ADRs and responsible-AI playbooks.
Tesco — International Grocery Platform
Managed 8 senior engineers delivering Checkout, PLP, PDP, OMS and User Management across 8+ countries using a country-X model. Built a custom SASS multi-theming framework for rapid localisation. Won Retail Systems International Retailer of the Year 2012–13.
