My Role
- Led a globally distributed team of 12 engineers across multiple locations
- Close partnership with Product and UX teams for backlog and design alignment
- Full SAP Hybris e-commerce integration including product catalogue, checkout, and account management
- Multi-market delivery for Sweden, Norway, and Finland with market-specific content
- CI/CD pipeline ownership for reliable, frequent deployments
